"Looking to Gods Glory in today's rising sun
Glory ,greater than any kingdom man will build
the presence of my Holy God is felt
His Glorious gift to me, being spirit filled
Yes, spirit filled with my awesome Lord
filled with the power of the One who made every thing
Lord, in me, may Your Spirit fill
conform me, I pray to You, whose praise I sing
Glory, Glory, in the Son who arose
our song of praise to the Holy One above
our lives to live conformed to Thy will
Jesus, our Redeemer , may You fill us with Your Love.
Lord, let your spirit come and dwell in me
Oh let your Glory spring forth like a growing tree
fill me with cool refreshing waters of Life
Oh Lord, in me, let your Glory, be all that others see.
This morning, I spent some quiet time praying for patience and being restful in the ways that the Lord needs me to do right now. As I began praying the sun was rising over the hillside looking toward the front of my house - there was darkness of the sky, yet the light beginning to dot the horizon as the sun slowly made its way to the upper rooftops of the houses across the road..
As I kept looking outside, I began asking the Lord to fill me with the total encompassing of the Holy Spirit today, so that a repeat of my frustrating day yesterday, would not be part of today's scenario.
I asked to have the infilling of the Holy Spirit, so that today, in whatever circumstance I may be in, with whomever may be part of my life, that all they would see is the Presence of the Holy Spirit, Himself.
And as I felt that peace that was slowly enveloping my soul, I know my prayer was answered, and I am being filled with the fullness of my Holy God.. And I am most grateful, and humbled that our God, our most HOLY God, loves me enough to let me feel the fullness of His Presence this morning.
